Stuart Diamond and Dennis Kendrick are Elders of the Stepping Stones to Freedom New York Enclave. As we said early, we do not make this stuff up. Stepping Stones is a very real organization.
When Mr. Diamond is not wearing the sacred Shroud of Fertility, he is the president of the cutting-edge multimedia-technology company, Empowered Media, which creates media and software technologies for the web. Mr Diamond is also a recognized composer and musician, performing with the classical electronic musical ensemble Electric Diamond.
Mr. Kendrick is a New York City-based graphic artist who has taught cartooning and animation at Pratt Institute (in NYC) and Adobe Photoshop at Bergen Tech (in New Joisey).
Before discovering the computer in 1989, Dennis Kendrick was a real person. He worked in a cartoon-style of illustration (by hand!): over 30 children’s books (HarperCollins, McGraw-Hill, Lippincott), countless magazine articles (People, Fortune, Barron’s), numerous TV storyboards (Popeye’s Fried Chicken, Nabisco), and a gaggle of ad agency projects (Paramount Pictures, Aetna Life & Casualty, Bermuda Tourism). His work has been featured in the Print Regional Design Annual, Idea Magazine and the Society of Illustrators’ Annual. He has exhibited at the Miami Childrens’ Museum, the Baseball Hall of Fame Gallery in Cooperstown, NY, the Pentagon (yes, that Pentagon!) and the Museum of American Illustration (in New York).
